Volumes spikes as well as increasing cost to support their manufacturing and distribution center activities created problems. Customer needed solution to help with providing timely support to their different functions within organization.

A1 QLS Provided/Offered Support
A1 QLS supporting 13 unique facilities across the country with Local as well as travel labor to help supplement the local labor force.
Travel labor work functions to include but not limited to:
Production Line Workers, Assemblers, QC Auditors, Display Builders, Packers, Sorters, Order Selectors, Inventory Lift Truck Operators, Unloading, Loading, Put-away, replenishment, Manufacturing, General Warehouse, Facility Mechanics, and Sanitation.
Travel team members will work as many hours as needed. We do not require any minimum weekly hours to be met.
Length of project can be extended and or shortened with no penalties.
We partner with a travel agency that leverages their market presence to get us the most aggressive pricing possible on hotels, so that this can be passed onto the partner.
A1 QLS will also assign projects to an Operations Manager that will help support the site operations and team members at no additional cost to the partner.

Weekly meetings with A1 QLS management and local partner managers to review performance and operational opportunities, ensuring partner productivity measures are being met.
Flexible pricing models: Production Pay, Hourly Bill Rates, and or Markup %.
