A1QLS delivered a case picking solution that deployed up to 70 travelers onsite for a period of 2 ½ years. In addition to their core responsibilities, the team actively supported the training of new hires and assisted in lift truck operations within the warehouse.

Noteworthy achievements include zero accidents and a 36% reduction in associates attributed to productivity improvements. The outstanding performance at this location surpassed fixed standards at 115% (whereas many companies typically achieve 85%).
